My dark circles are getting even darker and I need 2 extra layers of concealer to look normal during a day. Uff! But you know what? Should You Count Calories?

Author: Susie Shina I hate diets.  Diets are just a list of foods that people tell us not to eat.  Well, I want to eat whatever I want.  If I feel like having a mouth-watering, spicy Popeye’s fried chicken sandwich one day, what’s the big deal?  If I need a Dove sweet, dark and delicious chocolate bar, is it OK?  I gotta say – YES! IT’S MORE THAN OK – IT’S NECESSARY! Depriving ourselves of the things we love is not fun.  Granted, waddling away from the all-you-can-eat buffet isn’t fun either! Here are 3 tips to eat what you want, not count calories and Really Live in a body you love: 1)  Make your food fantasy list. Finding Your Happiness

Have you sat down and made out your yearly goals?  If so, have you made out your life goals?  The things that you want to accomplish throughout your life.  Your dreams and aspirations.  Achieving your goals is directly related to your happiness. If you are like many people today, you probably have a list of things that you would love to do or try, but you just don't know how.  The things on your list probably make you happy and bring you joy and fulfillment.  By writing these items down on paper, you will have a visual guide to what you want to accomplish.  Being able to mark those things off of the list as done gives you an even greater feeling. Once you write out your goals, make time to do them.  If you have always wanted to learn how to knit, set aside time each week to practice knitting.  If ...
